Frederica Mathewes-Green Library resources

Tomorrow Frederica Mathewes-Green will be speaking in Chapel. She was introduced by the office of spiritual life in the following way: "Frederica is a beloved Christian writer whose work has been featured in The Washington Post, Smithsonian, The Wall Street Journal, and whose commentaries have been broadcast on All Things Considered and Morning Edition on NPR. She has been a tireless advocate for the sanctity of human life. Her 1997 book, Real Choices: Listening to Women, Looking for Alternatives to Abortion remains one of the best works done on this topic that lies at the center of national debate. She lives in Baltimore, MD where she serves alongside her husband, the Rev. Gregory Mathewes-Green at Holy Cross Orthodox Church. Frederica will be bringing a word to our community on "A Culture of Life in the Home."- Dr. Greg Thornbury
