Library open again and ready to serve Union's community

Emma Waters Summar Library is open again to serve the university after being closed for the holidays, so feel free to stop by during the library's special J-term hours.

January term hours are as follows:
Sundays: 2 to 5 p.m.
Mondays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Tuesdays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Wednesdays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Thursdays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Fridays: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Note the abbreviated hours on Sundays during J-term, when the library will be open afternoons only.

Stop by the recently replenished recreational reading shelves across from the circulation desk, peruse the library's ever-expanding DVD collection just to the right of the entrance, look over the new book display nearby, and take advantage of all of the library's references, both in print and online.

Research coaches will be available to those taking the university's four-week intensive J-term courses Monday through Friday each week in January during daytime hours, and the circulation desk will be staffed most days through 9 p.m. to help those who need to find books and other resources.
