Study great, even late: Library open late during finals week

To better serve students during the week of finals, Emma Waters Summar Library will stay open until 2 a.m. beginning Sunday, Dec. 9, through Wednesday, Dec. 12.

The library will only be open during the daytime the following week (see details below), and the library will be closed from Saturday, Dec. 22, through Monday, Jan. 1, 2013 for the Christmas holidays.

The library will resume regular January term hours Jan. 2, 2013 (see details below).

To recap, the hours for finals week are (Dec. 9-15):

• Sunday, Dec. 9: 2 to 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.
• Monday, Dec. 10: 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
• Tuesday, Dec. 11: 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
• Wednesday, Dec. 12: 7 a.m. to 2 a.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 13: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 14: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Saturday,  Dec. 15: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The hours for the week after finals are (Dec. 16-22):

• Sunday, Dec. 16: CLOSED
• Monday, Dec. 17: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Tuesday, Dec. 18: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Wednesday, Dec. 19: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Thursday, Dec. 20: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Friday, Dec. 21: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 22: CLOSED 

The dates the library is closed are:

January term hours are as follows:

Sundays: 2 to 5 p.m. 
Mondays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
Tuesdays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
Wednesdays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
Thursdays: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
Fridays: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Saturdays: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
